A dismal day did not keep the Vanover Construction crew from diligently working to get the walls erected for the new Harbor Freight store.

LWL Crane and Rigging Company of Mansfield, Texas sent a 250-ton mobile crane to the Harbor Freight site to erect the tilt walls for the new Harbor Freight building being constructed just south of the Atwood’s’ Store in Greenville, Texas.

The walls for the building are poured in forms placed on the building’s foundation. The walls are allowed to cure and then erected. Roof truss members are then hoisted into place and the roof panels fastened in place. Air conditioning equipment is then placed on top of the building, plumbing connected, electrical circuits completed, and city inspections completed before inventory is ordered and the grand opening scheduled for the new store located near Woodrow and Wesley Streets.

The opening is anticipated for Christmas 2020.
