David Edgar Northcutt, 66, of Wolfe City, passed away on August 8, 2020 at home with his family. Private graveside services will be under the direction of Coker-Mathews Funeral Home. Visitation will be Thursday, August 13, 2020 from 10:00 A.M. – 4 :00 P.M. at the funeral home.

Mr. Northcutt was born September 2, 1953 in Grand Saline, Texas to J.B. Northcutt and Cora Wallace Northcutt. He married Sondra Kay Ingram on June 14, 1974 at the Bride’s Home in Lake Tawakoni. He worked as a house mover and was a cattleman. He was a member of Point Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife, Sondra Northcutt of Wolfe City; sons, Nathan Ray Northcutt and wife, Amber Renea, and Mark Northcutt; daughter, Marsha Northcutt; mother, Cora Coleen Northcutt; brothers, Michael and Johnny Northcutt; sisters, Sandra Suits and Janet Holder; grandchildren, Ki Ann, Kassie Rae, Jasper Kern, Judd Allen, Evan David and Riley Renea; along with numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, J.B. Northcutt and grandson, Jackson Edgar Northcutt.

Pallbearers will be Cody Cox, Blake Lankford, Johnny Parish, Jeremy Gardner, Jason Pitts and Joel McKay. Honorary pallbearer will be Curtis Fuller.
