Clay Forsyth passed from his earthly body on March 11, 2020 at his home in Greenville. Born on May 5th, 1957 to parents James and Joyce Forsyth in Dallas, Texas. He loved being outdoors and enjoyed fishing with family friends or even alone. Some of Clay’s best memories were spending time with those he loved watching the Dallas Cowboys or the Texas Rangers. Clay enjoyed being a helping hand to those around him and tinkering on broken things. His love for college basketball could be seen every year during March.
Clay is survived by his children Clayton Forsyth and wife Brandy; Kevin Forsyth and wife Tiffany; Kaylee Forsyth; Brad Wolfe. Grandchildren Keaton; Ariel; Bailey; Cody; Clowey; Danielle; Kennedy Forsyth, mother Joyce Forsyth, brother Jimmy Forsyth and Clay’s wife Stephanie Forsyth along with a host of loving relatives and friends.
He is preceded in death by his father James Forsyth and twin brother Donald Ray Forsyth. A funeral service will be at 1:00 PM on Monday, March 16, 2020 at Lynch Funeral Service in Greenville.
